About the program

Intention: Accumulation - Strength Development, Aerobic Base Build & intro to Hyrox Movements. Weekly Schedule: Monday - Hard Run Day/Intervals & Core Tuesday - Full Body Strength 1 Wednesday - Ergs (Ski, Row, Bike focused) Thursday - Easy/Recovery Run Friday - Full Body Strength 2 Saturday - Hyrox Specific Sunday - Off/Rest
